RESOLUTION NO. 73R ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TOUPS
ENGINEERING TO PREP ARE A REPO~T ON THE
WATER SYSTEM IN ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Water Revenue Bonds issued by the City
of Anaheim in 1971 requires the City to cause its water
system to be inspected by a consulting engineer on an
annual basis, anp to furnish a report of such inspection~
and
WHEREAS, Toups Engineering has submitted a letter
agreement, dated September 7, 1973 signed by John M. Toups,
President; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said letter agreement are
satisfactory to City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of_Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement to employ Toups Engineering to inspect the water
system of the City and prepare a report of said inspection
be, and the same are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
