RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 438
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE UTILITIES
AGREEMENT NO. 7Ut-4838 WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with removal of water meters
and abandonment"of water service lines and appurtenances to
clear the construction area of the Santa Ana Freeway widening
at Brookhurst, 07-0ra-S 40.5/40.9, from 0.2 mile south to 0.2
mile north of Brookhurst Avenue, the Department of Transportation
of the State of California has submitted Utilities Agreement
No. 7Ut-4838; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in
all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Utilities Agreement with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City of Anaheim, Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-4838, designated
07-0ra-S 40.5/40.9, between 0.2 mile south to 0.2 mile north of
Brookhurst Avenue.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of September, 1973.
