A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEl1ENT EMPLOYING CONVERSE,
DAVIS AND ASOSCIATES TO PERFORM A GEOLOGIC
AND SOIL SURVEY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SANTA
ANA CANYON ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a geologic
and soil survey of a certain portion of eLe Santa Ana Canyon
Road; and
WHEREAS, Converse, Davis and Associates are civil
engineers and are qualified to perform the geologic and soil
study; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has this day been submitted to
the City Council to be made and entered into between the parties
authorizing the employment of Converse, Davis and Associates to
perform said geologic and soil survey on the terms and conditions
set forth in an amount not to exceed $1,600.00 be, and the same
is hereby approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are satisfactory and that said agreement
should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreenent this date submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into by and bebreen Converser
Davis and Associates to perform said geologic and soil survey of
a certain portion of the Santa Ana Canyon Road upon the ter.ms and
conditions therein set forth for a fee of not to exceed $1,600.00
be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
