A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE Al~ AMENDMENT
TO TOPICS PROJECT T-304l WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with the TOPICS Project T-304l,
authorized pursuant to City of Anaheim Resolution No. 70R-6l0
and No. 72R-346 on the construction and modification and inter.~
connection of traffic signals, the State of California, Division
of Highways has submitted an amendment thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City has participated in this TOPICS Pro-
ject in connection with Project T-304l-l30 and others; and
WHEREAS, said amendment to agreement covers TOPICS
Projects TlvI-304l (198), T-304l (286) and T-304l (269), and has been
reviewed by the City departments involved and has been found to
be satisfactory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said amendment to
TOPICS Projects TM-304l(198), T-304l(286) and T-304l(269) with
the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain amenrunent to TOPICS Projects
TM-304l(198), T-304l(286) and T-304l(269), on the construction,
modification and interconnection of traffic signals, between the
City of Anaheim and the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
