RESOLUTION NO. 73R-424

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOP-
MENT PLAN NO. 113 EXHIBIT "A".
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 113 encompassing an area more particularly
hereinafter described, and at said hearing did receive
evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and
from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days follow-
ing the hearing thereon, the City Planning Commission did
duly announce a formal resolution, its findings of facts and
declare its opinions and reasons for recommending approval of
Area Development Plan No. 113, Exhibit "A" subject to certain
conditions; and
t~EREAS, at the time and place fixed for a public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and
thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at said
public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of
findings and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Area Development Plan No. 113 Exhibit "A" should be
approved as recommended by the City Planning Commission,
subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 113,
Exhibit "A" concerning the secondary access solution for
property located on the north side of Lincoln Avenue, east of
State College Boulevard and west of Paradise Lane/; .all in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, be
and the same is hereby approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the owner(s) of property located on the
south side of the subject alley shall conditionally dedicate
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 5 feet in width from
the centerline of the alley for alley widening purposes.
2. That the vehicular access rights to Lincoln
Avenue shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of September, 1973.
