A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A1~AHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NO. 98, EXHIBIT "F".
~ffiEREAS, the Planning Con~ission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 98 encompassing an area more particularly here-
inafter described, and at said hearina did receive evidence
and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff,
and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days follow-
ing the hearing thereon, the City Planning Commission did duly
announce a formal resolution, its findings of facts, and
declare its opinions and reasons for recorr~ending approval of
Area Development Plan No. 98, Exhibit IlpH; and
~~IEP~AS, at ~Le time and place fixed for said pub-
lic hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct a pUblic
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu--
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
consider the summary of evidence presented at said public hear...
ing before the Planning Comnlission, its report of findings and
recommendations; and
mIEREAS, ~~e City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 98, Exhibit lip", as recommended by the
City Planning Commission, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 98, Exhibit
"p", encompassing the following described area in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
An area of property generally located on the West side
of State College Boulevard between Savoy Avenue and
South Street, and on the North side of South Street
between State College Boulevard and Dover Street.
be, and the same is hereby approved, subject to the following
condition:
That vehicular access rights to State College Boulevard
from the subject properties shall be dedioated to the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of September, 1973.
