A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-4l9
PERTAINING TO AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 98.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing this day held, the City
Council did adopt Resolution No. 73R-4l9 approving Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 98, Exhibit "CII; and
WHEREAS, in connection with proposed Reclassification
No. 72-73-46, new and additional evidence has been offered, both
written and oral, that indicate that Area Development Plan No.
98, Exhibit "C", would be detrimental to the best interests of
the residents of the area and to the general public health,
safety and welfare of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R-4l9 pertaining to
Area Development Plan No. 98, Exhibit IICn be, and the same is
hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of September, 1973.
