A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPvlliNT PLAN
NO. 98, EXHIBIT "C".
WHEREAS, the Planning Co~~ission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 98 encompassing an area more particularly
hereinafter described, and at said hearing did receive evi~
dence and reports from persons interested therein and from
its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days follow-
ing hearing thereon, the City Planning Commission did duly
announce a formal resolution, its findings of facts and
declare its opinions and reasons for recoffin1ending approval
of Area Development Plan No. 98, Exhibit !lFII; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said
public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such
public hearing and did give all persons interested therein
an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and
reports, and did b~ereon consider b~e summary of evidence
presented at said public hearing before the Planning Co~~is-
sion, its report of findings and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Area Development Plan No. 98, Exhibit "Clip should be
approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C~ty Counc~l
of the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 981
Exhibit ilC", amended to reflect placement of a modified cul-
de-sac rather than a block wall, 40 feet east of the inter-
section of the alley with Savoy Street; said street to be
retained as a public right-of-way, encompassing the following
described area in e1e City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California:
fu' area of property generally located on the West
side of State College Boulevard between Savoy
Avenue and South Street, and on the North side of
South Street between State College Boulevard and
Dover Street.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
