A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AIJAHEli\1 GR.1\.J\fTEJG VARIANCE NO. 2532
r'JIIEREl'..S, after a request for variance by Frank and
Lukrija Bjazevich, and Albert R. and Cecelia L. Sandoval, owners,
was received, a public hearing before the Planning Commission of
the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice as a
result of vlhich Variance ~Jo. 2532 'das granted, covering the fol-
lowing described property"
Portion 1.
The East 129.50 feet of the West 427.12 feet of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South,
Range 11 '>Jest, S. B. B. & M., as shOltm on a map re-
corded in book 51, page 7 of Miscellaneous Mans,
records of Orange County, California. "-
Portion 2.
The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter, of Section 15, in Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on
a map by Charles T. Healey made upon survey by him
about 1870 for the Stearns Ranchos Company.

law an interested party or the City Council on its own motion
caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result
thereof the City Council does hereby make the follmdng findings ~

That there are special circlli~stances applicable to
the property, including size, shape, topography,
location or surroundings, which do not apply to
other property under identical zoning classifica-
tion in the vicinity.
2.
That, because of special circumstances shown in
(1) above, strict application of the zoning code
deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by
other property under identical zoning classifica-
tion in the vicinity.
NOv'!; THEREFOP.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that a Conditional Zoning Variance be,
and the same is hereby granted permitting a 148 unit, two-story
Apartment Complex with waivers of the following sections of the
Anaheim Municipal Code.

That said variance be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That this Variance is granted subject to the comple-
tion of Reclassification No, 73-74-7, now pending.
2. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in conformance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, and 3, provided however,
that louvers shall be installed on all second story windows along
the west and north walls of the westernmost and northernmost build-
ings respectively to provide privacy to the adjoining R-l properties,
as stipulated to by the Petitioner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
reserves the right to revoke such variance permit for good
cause or failure of said owners, their heirs, successors or assigns
to comply with the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and
the conditions herein. Said variance is granted for the term
prescribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code unless otherwise speci-
fied herein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of September, 1973.
