RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 400
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ROY F. KISER WITH
REFERENCE TO FURNISHING EXPERT HANDWRITING
ANALYSIS.
WHEREAS, Roy F. Kiser is a qualified examiner of
questioned documents and is a specialist in the examination
of handwriting as it appears on questioned documents; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of City has need of
a qualified expert to analyze documents and render opinions
in this specialized field in connection with crimes involving
forged, fictitious, altered and other documents; and
WHEREAS, Roy F. Kiser has offered to render all such
services as may be required by City at an agreed rate per docu~
ment and per court appearance required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that it would be
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to enter into an
agreement with Roy F. Kiser to furnish expert handwriting analy-
sis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of September, 1973.
