90-451 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-451 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2963 AND AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 88R-14 AND 89R-468 ACCORDINGLY. WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Anaheim heretofore adopted Resolution No. 88R-14 approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2963, subject to certain conditions specified therein; and WHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit No. 2963 and Resolution No. 88R-14 were amended by Resolution No. 89R-468; and WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested a further amendment to certain of said conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing on December 18, 1990, at which hearing the city Council did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating to said request; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the public peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to permit reasonable operation under said Conditional Use Permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed in Conditional Use Permit No. 2963 be, and the same are hereby, amended by the amendment of Condition No. 11 as set forth in Resolution No. 88R-14 as heretofore amended by Resolution No. 89-468, to read as follows: "11. That this permit shall expire on January 12, 1992 unless an extension of time is requested by the petitioner and is approved by the City in accordance with provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No. 88R-14 shall remain in full force and effect. CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RESOLUTION 90R- 450 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL AND CLERICAL UNIT, AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. WHEREAS, on December 12, 1990, the Labor Relations Director met and conferred with officials of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General and Clerical Unit on the subject of a one time accrued vacation buy out for employees represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General and Clerical Unit. WHEREAS, as a result thereof, a Letter of Agreement dated December 12, 1990, delineates an agreement reached on the subject of a one time buy out of vacation time accrued but not taken in increments of not less than one (1) hour to be paid in cash. WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that adoption of said Agreement is in the best interest of the city of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Anaheim that the Agreement dated December 12, 1990, between the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General and Clerical Unit, and the city of Anaheim is hereby approved. CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION GENERAL UNIT AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM The Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and the City of Anaheim ("ANAHEIM") have reached the following agreement on a one time Vacation Buy Out provision: 1. Each employee in classifications listed in Appendix "A" of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and ANAHEIM may participate. 2. Each participating employee may at his individual choice elect to be compensated at his regular rate of pay for vacation accrued but not taken. 3. A minimum of one (1) hour may be paid in cash. 4. For each hour of vacation time paid in cash one hour will be deducted from the employees accrued vacation balance.
