RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, said property is located on the East side
of Kraemer Boulevard, North of La Palma Avenue, in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the
City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City-owned
property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion
of its City-owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does hereby
dedicate, as an easement for road and public utility purposes,
the following described land situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Parcell: An easement over the real property situa-
ted in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the westerly 53 feet of the northerly
25 feet of the westerly 10 acres of the southerly 20
acres of Lot 15 in Block ilK" of the Kraemer Tract, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Parcel 2: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the westerly 53 feet
of the northerly 127.10 feet of the North half of the
South half of Lot 15 in Block "KJI of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and
88, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
