A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS k~D CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACH~lliNT PElli~IT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PElli~IT WITH DUNFEY FAMILY CORPORATION.

WHEREAS, Dunfey Family Corporation, hereinafter
referred to as Licensee, is the owner of property in the City
of Anaheim over which the City has a service road located
east of West Street, north of Ball Road; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to utilize the subject area
for the purpose of parking, landscaping and display purposes;
and
vlliEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach upon
the easement of City, an extreme and undue hardship will be
caused to them; and
\*IEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such instal-
lation across a portion of the easement will not interfere
with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of ~~aheim and Dunfey Family Corpora-
tion, be and the same are hereby approved, subject, however, to
approval of plans by the Anaheim Planning Commission or the
Anaheim City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute said license agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of September, 1973.
