RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 216
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH AUSTIN D.
PEAY, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of
the City of Anaheim is in need of the service of a produc-
tion coordinator for its recreational theatre company; and
WHEREAS, Austin D. Peay, an individual, is qualified
to perform said service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement according to the terms and conditions of that cer-
tain agreement submitted herewith and hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
7th day of May 1974.
