best interests to amond said Condition No. 8 to permit admin-

Commission and thee City Council. in cases where
a parcel map may L3 permitted hv law, floor plans
and elevations for the proposed houses shall be
submitted to and approved by the Development
Services Department prior to issuance of a building,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent herein
amended, said Resolution Jo. 73R-243 shall remain and be in
full force and effect.
