1974-208WHEREAS, THE City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
August 1, 1966, adopt Resolution No. 849 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 452, and did on April 9, 1964, adopt Resolution
No. 1114 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 552 to establish
a service station on C -1 (General Commercial Zone) property
therein described, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolutions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested said conditional
use permits to be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission, on
April 15, 1974, did adopt its Resolution No. PC 74 -83 recommend-
ing the termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 452, and on
said date adopted its Resolution No. PC 74 -84 recommending the
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 552; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the Planning
Commission's recommendations, the City Council finds that all
proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permits Nos.
452 and 552 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permits Nos. 452 and 552 be, and the same are
hereby terminated; and that Resolutions Nos. 849 and 1114 be,
and they are hereby declared null and void from and after this
date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sig ed by me
this 7th day of May, 1974.
