1974-200RESOLUTION NO. 74R -200
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R -477
RELATING TO RECLASSIFICATION NO. 73- 74 -22.
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of October, 1913 the City
Council did pass its Resolution No. 73R -477 granting
Reclassification No. 73 -74 -22 subject to conditions therein
stated; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the applicant and the
City Council to amend said Resolution No. 73R -477 by changing
Condition No. 8 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to amend Condition No. 8 to read as
follows:
"8. That floor plans and elevations for the proposed
houses shall be submitted to and approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of a building permit."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R -477 be, and it is
amended by changing Condition No. 8 to read as follows:
"8. That floor plans and elevations for the proposed
houses shall be submitted to and approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of a building permit."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent here-
in amended, said Resolution No. 73R -477 shall remain and be in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of April, 1974.
