Corporation, Inc., donated to the City for drainage purposes;

WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for
municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, American National Housing Corporation, Inc.,
has offered to purchase said real property for the sum of $1.00
cash, lawful money of the United States, and has tendered said
sum to the City of Anaheim; and

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A CONVEYANCE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the property described is unusable by the
to its size and shape; and
WHEREAS, the City would incur continuing maintenance
if the parcel is retained by City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said
offer and sell and convey said real property to said American
National Housing Corporation, Inc., subject to all matters of
record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of American National Housing
Corporation, Inc., to purchase the following described property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lot 2 in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California as shown
on a map filed in Book 2, Page 19 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of
said County together with a portion of Lot "A"
of Tract No. 7786 as shown on map recorded in
Book 329, Pages 24 to 27, inclusive, of Miscel-
laneous Maps in the office of said recorder
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of
said Lot "A thence along the westerly line
of said Lot "A" North 3° 51' 57" West 246.94
feet to the most southerly corner of the land
described as Parcel No. 1 in the deed to the
City of Anaheim recorded in Book 10813, Page
839 of Official Records in the office of said
recorder; thence along the westerly line of
said land North 6° 46' 21" West 226.48 feet to

the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 6° 46'

for the sum of $1.00 cash, lawful money of the United States,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, be, and the same is
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a good and
sufficient deed conveying to said American National Housing
Corporation, Inc., the real property hereinabove described,
subject to receipt of written approval of this conveyance from
the Orange County Flood Control District and all matters of
record, and to deliver said deed to said American National
Housing Corporation, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim be, and she is hereby authorized and directed
to certify a copy of this resolution and cause the same to be
attached to the deed to be executed by the Mayor and the City
Clerk on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
