1974-166WHEREAS, the City'of Anaheim awns insulators and
other electrical facilities that are conjunctively installed
with Southern California Edison facilities within the
boundaries of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company has
agreed to simultaneously wash said City of Anaheim insulators
and electrical facilities when Edison is routinely washing
its own lines, insulators, and facilities; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have said City of
Anaheim's electrical facilities washed simultaneously with
said Southern California Edison's facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RDSOLVED-by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
letter agreement between the -City of Anaheim and Southern
California Edison Company for the purpose of having Edison
wash City insulators and electrical facilities, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Utilities Director
of the City of Anaheim is authorized to execute said agreement
by and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of April 1974.
