RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 165
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AND SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK
DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 1973, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Security Pacific
National Bank entered into a lease dated September 15, 1973;
and
WHEREAS, said lease provided for the lease of per-
sonal property to be used in the operation of the Anaheim
Convention Center Expansion; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the execution of said lease,
it has been determined by the parties that the lease payments
for the equipment should be amended to lower the cost of each
payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the first page of that certain
agreement between the City of Anaheim and the Security Pacific
National Bank dated September 15, 1973, be amended as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto to reflect lower level payment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said amendment on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of April, 1974.
