A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R -39
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION
OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED.
WHEREAS, on January 29, 1974, the City Council
passed Resolution No. 74R -39 and, through inadvertence and
clerical error, the legal description of the property therein
was incorrectly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
it is in the best interests of the City to correct said
Resolution No. 74R -39, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper
legal description of the property upon which action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it amend, and it does hereby amend
Resolution No. 74R -39, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the legal
description set forth therein as follows:
That portion of the existing City limits of the City
of Anaheim lying within the North half of Fractional
Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M.,
to be de- annexed to the City of Buena Park, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the common annexation boundary
lines of the City of Buena Park as established in the
original incorporation of said City certified by the
Secretary of State January 27, 1953, and the City of
Anaheim as established by the Houston Annexation to
said City certified by the Secretary of State February
24, 1953, said point of beginning being in the north-
west corner of said Houston Annexation boundary, said
northwest corner and point of beginning, also being a
point in the existing annexation boundary lines of the
City of Fullerton as established by the Freeway No. 1
Annexation to the City of Fullerton certified by the
Secretary of State February 18, 1960; thence leaving
said Buena Park Annexation boundary line and following
along a portion of the northerly line of said Houston
Annexation, also being a portion of th last mentioned
City of Fullerton annexation boundary line, the follow-
ing courses and distances: Northeasterly 55 feet,
more or less; S 57° 10' 35" E, 625.65 feet to an inter-
section with the northeasterly prolongation of the
easterly line of the land described as Parcel One in
the deed recorded February 5, 1974 in Book 11069, pages
1990 through 1992, Official Records of Orange County;
thence leaving said City of Fullerton and said City
of Anaheim common annexation boundary lines and follow-
ing along said prolongation and said easterly line and
southerly line of the land described in said deed, the
following courses and distances: S 64° 36' 21" W,
376.60 feet; thence N 57° 10' 35" W, 261.75 feet to
the southwesterly corner of the land described in said
deed, said southerwesterly corner being a point in a

line parallel with and 30 feet easterly of the center-
line of Dale Avenue, said point also being a point in
the aforementioned City of Anaheim and the City of
Buena Park common annexation boundary; thence N 0°
36' 50' W, 358.00 feet along said parallel line, being
a portion of said common annexation boundary lines of
said City of Buena Park and the City of Anaheim to the
point of beginning.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this Resolution, Resolution No. 74R -39 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of April 1974.
