WHEREAS, the City is in need of design engineering
services for buildings to be constructed at Boysen, Twila
Reed and Manzanita Parks; and
WHEREAS, Floyd E. Weaver is desirous of furnishing
said services to the City; and
WHEREAS, Floyd E. Weaver is qualified to perform
said services; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has this day been sub-
mitted, the terms and conditions of said agreement are hereby
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Floyd E. Weaver this day submitted be,
and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of March, 1974.
