RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND CALIFORNIA
DENTAL SERVICE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 73R -578, the
City of Anaheim has contracted with California Dental Service
to employ a dental health care plan for certain City employees;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said agreement to
include the Police Department and certain other amendments; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to an agreement has, this day,
been submitted to the City Council which is in the best interests
of the City to execute; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby authorize the
City Manager of the City of Anaheim to execute said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the amendment to agreement between
California Dental Service and the City of Anaheim this day
submitted be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute this agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of March 1974.
