A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT NO. 130, EXHIBITS NOS. 1, 2, 3, 4
AND 5.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
adopted a General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of January, 1974, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public
hearing to consider a General Plan Amendment, and did continue
said public hearing to February 20, 1974. The General Plan
Amendment does consider the area generally located between La
Palma Avenue and the Riverside Freeway and Euclid Street and
Brookhurst Street, and changes to the general description and
extent of land use for said area all in accordance with
exhibits presented by the land developers, on file with the
City Planning Commission marked as Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4
and 5; and
WHEREAS, at said continued public hearing, the City
Planning Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC74 -43
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that said
amendment to the General Plan designated as Amendment No. 130
be adopted by the City Council changing the general descrip-
tion and land use in the afore described area, in accordance
with the exhibits presented by the land developers marked as
Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, increasing densities; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 19th day of
March, 1974, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said proposed Amendment No. 130 to the General
Plan, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as pro-
vided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing, and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Plan-
ning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Amendment No. 130, Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, chang-
ing the present general description and extent of land uses
in the area described aforesaid, should be approved in accord-
ance with said Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, on file in the
City Planning Commission increasing densities as recommended
by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 130 to the General
Plan changing the present general description and extent of

land uses in the area generally located between La Palma

Brookhurst Street, in accordance with Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3,
4 and 5, presented by the land developers increasing density,
and on file in the City Planning Commission be, and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department
be, and it is hereby instructed to amend the General Plan Map
to conform to General Plan Amendment No. 130, Exhibits Nos.
1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, herein approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of March, 1974.
