A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM SUPPORTING THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
PRIORITY PLAN OF EXPENDITURE FOR ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THE STATE BEACH, PARK,
RECREATIONAL AND HISTORICAL BOND ACT OF 1974.
WHEREAS, the State Beach, Park, Recreational and
Historical Facilities Bond Act of 1974 \+gill be placed on
the ballot for the June, 1974, Election; and
WHEREAS, each county is required to develop a
priority plan of expenditures to be covered in each area and
city of said county by the Bond Act; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has submitted such
a plan of expenditures to the cities of Orange County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim finds said plan to be
in accordance with the established priorities of the city,
and in the best interest of the city to support said plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the priority plan
of expenditures for park purposes as submitted by the County
of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of March, 1974.
