RESOLUTION NO. 73R- 99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF
ROBERT KILLION AS A GOLF PROFESSIONAL TO RENDER
SERVICES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AT THE
ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City is in the process of constructing a
27-hole municipal golf course known as the Anaheim Hills Golf
Course on City-owned property, and the operation and conduct of
said golf course requires the services of a qualified Class "A"
PGA professional golfer or equivalent; and
WHEREAS, Robert Killion is a professional golfer
capable and able to render the services required by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that it would be
to the advantage and for the best interests of the City of Anaheim
to employ said Robert Killion as a golf professional to render
services to the City at said Anaheim Hills Golf Course upon the
terms and conditions in that certain agreement dated March 13
1973, this day submitted to the City Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci t:r Council of
the City of Anaheim that Robert Killion be, and he 1.S hereby,
employed as a professional golfer to render services for the City
of Anaheim as a professional golfer at the Anaheim Hills Golf
Course upon the terms and conditions set forth in that oertain
written agreement dated March 13 , 1973, this aay sub-
mitted to the City Council, ana incorporated herein by reference
and made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
