RESOLUTION NO. 73R-85

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 73R-75 FOR PHASE II - CONSTRUCTION OF
CLAIR SUBSTATION AT BALL RD. AND MAGNOLIA
AVE. AND THE NORTH SUBSTATION AT LA PALMA
AVE. AND PAULINE ST., WORK ORDER NOS.
8002 AND 8004.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73R-75 found and determined
the public convenience and necessity to proceed with the
Phase II - construction of Clair Substation at Ball Road and
Magnolia Avenue and the North Substation at La Palma Avenue
and Pauline Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim not to proceed with
the work contemplated.
NOi'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby
rescind Resolution No. 73R-75 for the Phase II - construction
of the Clair Substation and the North Substation, Work Order
Nos. 8002 and 8004.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of March, 1973.
