A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY CENTER
AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE AND :INSTALL CARPETING
FOR AND ON BEHALP OP THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Community Center Authority is presently
having an addition constructed for the Anaheim Convention Center;
and
WHEREAS, the community Center Authority intends to have
carpeting installed in said addition; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim intends to repl.ace certain
carpeting in Anaheim Convention Center, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto believe that one contract
should be let for the carpeting and installation thereof in
order to achieve economy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and the Community Center Authority
authorizing the Community Center Authority to purchase and install
on behalf of the City of Anaheim carpeting in the Anaheim Conven-
tion Center be, and the same are, hereby approved. . .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayc;lr and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on ~alf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
