1974-107WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 20th day of March, 1973,
the City of Anaheim entered into a contract with Donald J. Fears,
Architect, to design Phase IV,of the Utilities Yard for the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said contract desire to amend
the contract to provide for increased services to be rendered by
Architect, and increased compensation therefor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms of an
amendment to said contract, and find it is in the best interest of
the City to execute said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute an amendment to that
certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and Donald J. Fears,
Architect, relating to the design of Phase IV of the Utilities Yard.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
