1974-106ATTEST:. RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 106 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT RELATING TO TRASH COLLECTION (JAYCOX). WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 1st day of June, 1958, the City of Anaheim entered into a contract with Warren Jaycox for the collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish and waste material; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms of an amendment to said contract extending the term thereof to June 30, 1979; and finds that it is in the best interests of the City to execute said amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amend ment to that certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and Warren Jaycox relating to the collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish and waste material.
