1974-105WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 27th day of June, 1956,
the City of Anaheim entered into a contract with C. V. Taormina,
dba Anaheim Disposal Company for the collection and disposal of
garbage, rubbish and waste material; and

RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT
RELATING TO TRASH COLLECTION (C. V. TAORMINA,
DBA ANAHEIM DISPOSAL COMPANY).
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms of
an amendment to said contract extending the term thereof to
June 30, 1979; and finds that it is in the best interest of the
City to execute said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amend-
ment to that certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and
C. V. Taormina, dba Anaheim Disposal Company relating to the
collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish and waste material.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of March 1974.
