RESOLUTION NO. 74R-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO THE CANCELLATION OF A
LICENSE TO ENCROACH UPON AN EASEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE AN AGREEMENT OF CANCELLATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, pursuant to
Resolution No. 71R -549, enter into an agreement with Vanna
R. Alpeter and Ann S. Alpeter (hereinafter "Licensees and
WHEREAS, said agreement permitted Licensees to
enter upon and use the public utility easement of the City of
Anaheim for the construction of a swimming pool on the follow-
ing portion of said easement situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
pool; and
The southerly 1.4 feet of the northerly 5 feet of the
easterly 28 feet of the westerly 31 feet of Lot 81 in
Tract No. 2659, as shown on a map recorded in Book 80,
pages 5 through 8, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
AND WHEREAS, Licensees have removed said swimming
WHEREAS, said Licensees have requested cancellation
of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that cancellation of said License
be, and is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement
of Cancellation for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of March 1974.
