1974-090AS FOLLOWS: Job Class Watchman A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING AND ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS JOB CLASSES, AND SUPERSEDING PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 73R -50. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM SECTION I That the basic compensation plan for all full -time officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifications of employment listed below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows: Cleaner Set -Up Leadman US472 A $3.88 $672.53 B 4.08 707.20 C 4.28 741.87 D 4.50 780.00 E 4.72 818.13 Janitor S349 D 3.32 575.47 E 3.49 604.93 Lead Watchman US371 D 3.53 611.87 E 3.71 643.07 Senior Cleaner Set -Up Leadman US498 D 4.74 821.60 E 4.98 863.20 Utilityman S461 A 3.79 656.93 B 3.98 689.87 C 4.18 724.53 D 4.39 760.93 E 4.61 799.07 SECTION 2 The letter "U" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees upgraded to that job class shall be paid premium pay, as provided in Personnel Rule 6.41, Premium Pay. SECTION 3 The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be computed as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay. SECTION 4 RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 90 Schedule Number Step Hourly Monthly S346 D 3.30 572.00 E 3.46 599.73 The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede portions of Resolution No. 73R -50 and amendments thereto. SECTION 5. The effective date of this Resolution shall be February 22, 1974, on condition that the representatives of the Service and Hospital Employees Union, Local 399 concur in writing with the recommendations of the City Management Representative which were proposed prior to February 26, 1974, to the City Council as they relate to the terms and conditions of employment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such concurrence must take place on or before March 12, 1974, after which time if representatives of the Service and Hospital Employees Union, Local 399 have not concurred with the City Management Representative's recommendations this resolu- tion as it applies to the classifications represented by the Service and Hospital Employees Union, Local 399 shall be treated as if it was never adopted.
