A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS LOCAL
NO. 47 AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, on December 7, 1990, the Labor Relations
Director met and conferred with officials of the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers on the subject of a one time
accrued vacation buy out for employees represented by the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 47.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, a Letter of Agreement,
dated December ?, 1990, delineates an agreement reached on the
sub3ect of a one time buy out of vacation time accrued but not
taken in increments of not less than one (1) hour to be paid in
cash.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that adoption of said Agreement is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Agreement dated December ?, 1990,
between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers,
Local No. 47 and the City of Anaheim is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day
of December, L990.
