A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY
OF ANAIHEIM OF THE TERRITORY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
EUCLID LA PALMA NO. 3 ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, said Local Agency Formation Commission author-
ized the City of Anaheim to annex said territory without notice
and hearing and without an election pursuant to the authority
vested in said Commission by Section 54797.1 of the Government
Code; and
WHEREAS, said territory proposed to be annexed to said
City of Anaheim is situated in the County of Orange, State of
California, and is contiguous to the City of Anaheim, and is
uninhabited territory. That said consent contained a description
of said territory in words and figures as hereinafter in this
resolution described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
authorized to approve said annexation by resolution without
notice and hearing pursuant to the approval of said Local Agency
Formation Commission and Section 54797.1 of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim finds:
That the City of Anaheim submitted proof satisfactory
to the Local Agency Formation Commission that all of the owners
of land within the territory proposed to be annexed have given
their signed consent to such annexation. That said territory
proposed to be annexed to said City of Anaheim is situated in
the County of Orange, State of California, and is contiguous
to the City of Anaheim, and is uninhabited territory. That said
consent signed by all of the owners of land within the territory
proposed to be annexed contained a description of said territory
in words and figures as hereinafter in this resolution described.
That the City of Anaheim filed said request to annex
said territory, containing the specific boundaries of the terri-
tory to be annexed, with the Local Agency Formation Commission
and said Local Agency Formation Commission approved said annexa-
tion request of the City of Anaheim pursuant to Section 54797.1
of the Government Code.
That on the 9th day of January 19 74, the Local
Agency Formation Commi duly adopted Resolution NET 74 -6 in
which said Commission authorized the City of Anaheim to annex said
territory in accordance with Section 54797.1 of the Government
Code and further approved such annexation of said territory with-
out notice or hearing.
That the Local Agency Formation Commission further
by resolution, authorized the City Council of the City of Anaheim
to annex said territory without notice or hearing by the City
Council and without the requirement that an election be held by
the City on the question of said annexation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annexation of the
territory included within the boundaries of the
EUCLID LA PALMA NO. 3 ANNEXATION more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

That portion of Sections 4 and 5, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B. M., in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning in the northeast corner of the North Euclid
Annexation No. 2 annexation boundary to the City of
Anaheim certified by the Secretary of State July 14,
1958, said northeast corner also being a point in the
west annexation boundary line of the Euclid Romneya
Annexation to the City of Anaheim certified by the
Secretary of State January 25, 1954; thence leaving
the west line of said Euclid Romneya Annexation boun-
dary and following along the northerly and westerly
annexation boundary line of said North Euclid Annexa-
tion No. 2 N 89° 55' 37" W, 1680 feet; S 0° 02' 23"
W, 396 feet to the southwest corner of said annexation
boundary, said southwest corner also being a point in
the northwest corner of the North Euclid Annexation
boundary to the City of Anaheim certified by the
Secretary of State January 31, 1955; thence S 0° 02'
23" W, 1080 feet leaving said North Euclid Annexation
No. 2 Annexation boundary and following along the west
annexation boundary line of said North Euclid Annexa-
tion to the southwest corner of said annexation bound-
ary, said southwest corner also being a point in the
northerly annexation boundary line established by the
Houston Avenue Annexation to the City of Anaheim certi-
fied by the Secretary of State February 24, 1953; thence
N 89° 55' 37" W, 1662.56 feet leaving said North Euclid
Annexation boundary and following along a portion of the
north annexation boundary line of said Houston Avenue
Annexation to said City to an intersection with a por-
tion of the easterly annexation boundary line of the
Houston No. 2 Annexation to the City of Anaheim certi-
fied by the Secretary of State October 28, 1955; thence
leaving the northerly annexation boundary of said
Houston Avenue Annexation and following along the easterly
annexation boundary line of said Houston No. 2 Annexation
N 0° 04' 23" W, 1095 feet; S 89° 55' 37" E, 1011 feet;
N 0° 00' 15" E, 1309.01 feet to the northeast corner of
said Houston No. 2 Annexation to said City, said northeast
corner being a point in the southerly City limit line of
the City of Fullerton as established by the Houston
Street Annexation No. 2 to the City of Fullerton,
California, certified by the Secretary of State July 25,
1955; thence leaving said existing City limit line of
the City of Anaheim and following along the southerly
annexation boundary line of said City of Fullerton N 89°
31' 13" E, 2303.11 feet to the southeast corner of said
Fullerton Annexation boundary, said southeast corner
being a point in the southwest corner of the Lombard
Annexation boundary to the City of Fullerton certified
by the Secretary of State February 24, 1953; thence N
89° 31' 13" E, 30.00 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 30 feet east of the centerline of
Euclid Street, said point of intersection being a
point in the westerly annexation boundary line of the
aforementioned Euclid Romneya Annexation to the City of
Anaheim certified by the Secretary of State January 25,
1954; thence S 0° 02' 23" W, 950.67 feet leaving said
City of Fullerton Annexation boundary along a portion of
said westerly annexation boundary line being the last
mentioned parallel line to the point of beginning.

is hereby approved and said territory is hereby annexed to and
incorporated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and is hereby designated as the
EUCLID LA PALMA NO. 3 ANNEXATION to the City of
Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date of
the adoption of this resolution and the filing of a certified
copy thereof with the Secretary of State of the State of California,
the annexation of the territory herein described shall be deemed
to be and shall be complete and thenceforth such annexed territory
shall be, to all intents and purposes, a part of the City of
Anaheim, and from and after the effective date of such annexation,
all property therein shall be subject to taxation equally with
the property within the City of Anaheim and shall be taxed to pay
its proportionate share of the existing indebtedness and liability
of said City of Anaheim contracted prior to or existing at the
time of such annexation pursuant to the written consent of the
owners of property in said annexed territory filed with the Clerk
of the City of Anaheim prior to the adoption of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
