A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PRO-
PERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR ROAD AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for road and public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, said property is located in the westerly
one -half of Anaheim Hills Road extending northerly from Santa
Ana Canyon Road to Camino Correr; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the
City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City -owned
property for road and public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion
of City -owned property for road and public utility purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does hereby dedicate
as an easement for road and public utility purposes, the follow
imdescribed land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
An easement for road and public utility purposes,
over, under and across that parcel of land being
a portion of Anaheim Hills Road and Camino Correr
as shown on a map of Tract No. 7786 recorded in
Book 329, pages 24, 25, 26 and 27, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning in the northwesterly corner of said
Anaheim Hills Road and Camino Correr, as shown on
a map of said Tract 7786; thence S 03° 51' 55" E,
218.12 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northeasterly and having a radius of 332.00
feet; thence Southerly and Southeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 10° 02' 12" an arc
distance of 58.16 feet; thence S 13° 54' 09" E,
168.07 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave northwesterly and having a radius of 1950.00
feet; thence Southerly and Southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 82° 41' 43" an arc
distance of 18.00 feet to a point of intersection
with a curve concave northerly and having a radius
of 1950 feet, a radial line bearing S 21° 12' 26" E
passes through said point; thence Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 3° 25' 33" an arc
distance of 116.59 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave northeasterly and having a radius of 82.50
feet, a radial line bearing S 24° 06' 12" E passes
through the poing of beginning of said curve; thence

46' 21" W, 10.71 feet to a point of intersection in a
curve concave northerly and having a radius of 218.00
feet, a radial line bearing S 26° 10' 20" E passes
through said point; thence Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 11° 37' 44" an arc distance
of 44.24 feet to the point of beginning.
