RESOLUTION NO. 74R -67
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R -524
RELATING TO RECLASSIFICATION NO. 73- 74 -10.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of November, 1973, the City
Council did pass its Resolution No. 73R -524 granting Reclassi-
fication No. 73 -74 -10 subject to conditions therein stated; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 73R -524 did not permit
the real property described in Reclassification No. 73 -74 -10
to have ordinances adopted as each parcel of real property is
ready to comply with the conditions of said Resolution No.
73R -524; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to permit the real property to have
ordinances adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with said
conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73R -524 be, and it is
hereby amended by adding thereto Condition No. 13 to read as
follows:
"13. That ordinances reclassifying the property shall be
adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with con-
ditions pertaining to such parcel provided, however,
that the word 'parcel' shall mean presently exist-
ing parcels of record and any parcel or parcels
approved by the City Council for lot split.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
herein amended, said Resolution No. 73R -524 shall remain and
be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of February, 1974.
