A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did, on the 29th day of January, 1974, declare by Resolution
No. 74R -33 its intention to vacate and abandon a drainage
easement located east of Lakeview, north of Riverside Freeway,
within Lot 15, Tract No. 7370, in the City of Anaheim, more
fully hereinafter described, and did set the 19th day of Febru-
ary, 1974, for a public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence
submitted at said public hearing that that portion of the real
property described herein and in said Resolution of Intention
isunnecessary for present or prospective drainage purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim:
1. That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
2. That that portion of the real property toward which
a request for vacation and abandonment was directed
is not necessary for present or prospective drainage
purposes and does hereby order that said portion, as
herein set forth, be and it is hereby vacated,
abandoned and closed to public use.
3. That said portion of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, and is more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
That portion of an existing drainage easement located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as being a portion of Lot 15
in Tract 7370, as shown on a map recorded in Book 320,
pages 39 and 40, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
The westerly 3.00 feet of the easterly 23.00 feet of
Lot 15 of Tract 7370, in the City of Anaheim, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 320, pages 39 and 40, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the northerly 5 feet thereof.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City
and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause
copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her
seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
