WHEREAS, Anaheim Hills, Inc., a corporation, has
requested a License to Encroach upon real property of the
City located at the southwest corner of Anaheim Hills Road
and Santa Ana Canyon Road, for the purpose of installing
a direction monument structure for Anaheim Hills Golf Course;
and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the real property of the City, an extreme and undue hard-
ship will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion on the real property of the City will not interfere with
the present use of City's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Hills,
Inc., be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sign ad by
me this l2th day of February 1974.
