A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY
PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK PERTAINING TO THE
LEASE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, an addition is being constructed to
Anaheim Convention Center; and
WHEREAS, the completion of said addition
necessitates furnishing of said addition with equipment in
order that the facility may be properly operated; and
WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank has
offered to lease said equipment to City; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said lease
are satisfactory to City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement dated February 5, 1974, between the City of Anaheim
and Security Pacific National Bank pertaining to the lease of
certain equipment at Anaheim Convention Center be, and the
same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 5th day of February, 1974.
