A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING AMENDED GUIDELINES FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS PURSUANT TO THE
STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, on April 10, 1973
pursuant to Resolution No. 73R -137, adopted City guide-
lines to establish the requirements for the contents of
Environmental Impact Reports; and
WHEREAS, the Resources Agency of the State of
California has published amended State Guidelines which
require the guidelines adopted by Resolution No. 73R -137
to be amended; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
prepared such amended guidelines, and they have been
approved by the City Attorney's Office and all departments
of this city affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the amended guidelines for
Environmental Impact Reports on file in the office of the
City Clerk be, and the same are hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 5th day of February, 1974.
