A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURCHASE BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM OF
TAX- DEEDED PROPERTY,
WHEREAS, the Office of Tax Collector of the County
of Orange, has informed the City of Anaheim that three tax
deeded parcels of property are available for purchase by the
City of Anaheim for the minimum bid of Ten dollars ($10.00)
each; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to make such purchase and to execute a certain agree-
ment in connection therewith, with the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Orange.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that the City of Anaheim does hereby
offer to purchase the properties described in Exhibit "A" for
Ten dollars ($10.00) each.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain
agreement for the purchase of tax deeded property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the executed agreement
be forwarded to the City Attorney for transmittal to the
Board of Supervisors, County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of January 1974.
