1974-037WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department of
the City of Anaheim is in need of the service of a production
coordinator for its recreational theatre company; and
WHEREAS, Austin D. Peay, an individual is qualified
to perform said service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement according to the terms and conditions of that certain
agreement submitted herewith and hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of January, 1974.
