1974-034RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 34 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the Government Code, in connection with a request for vacation and abandonment of the aboveground portion of an existing easement located northerly of Freedman Way, east of Harbor Boulevard, in the City of Anaheim, subject to reservation of underground public utility easement together with all surface rights of entry, ingress and egress to accommodate existing underground facilities, and more fully hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to vacate, abandon and close to public use that certain aboveground portion of an existing easement located northerly of Freedman Way, east of Harbor Boulevard, in the City of Anaheim, for pub lic utility purposes as it may relate to the following described property: The aboveground portion of that certain public utility easement to be abandoned located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in deed recorded November 18, 1964 in Book 7307, page 825, Official Records of said Orange County, described as follows: The easterly 10 feet of the westerly 395 feet of the northerly 325 feet of the southerly 500 feet of Lot 20 in Tract No. 190, as shown on a map recorded in Book 23, page 50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California. and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5, of the Government Code, subject to reservation of underground public utility easement together with all surface rights of entry, ingress and egress to accommodate existing underground facilities. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for hear- ing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vaca- tion and abandonment has been fixed on the 19th day of February 1974, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim. /kw THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 29th day of January, 1974.
