RESOLUTION NO. 74R -15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
577 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -660
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 577 on the 13th day of August,
1964, to permit a restaurant and cocktail lounge; and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of September, 1964, the
City Council granted Conditional Use Permit No. 577, subject
to conditions, by Resolution No. 64R -660; and
WHEREAS, the property subject to said Conditional
Use Permit has never been developed by the Conditional Use
Permit granted thereby; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have requested
the termination of said Conditional Use Permit No. 577; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the need for said Conditional Use Permit no longer
exists and that said Conditional Use Permit No. 577 should be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 577 be
terminated and that Resolution No. 64R -660 be, and the same
is hereby terminated and declared to be null and void from and
after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of January, 1974.
