RESOLUTION NO. 74R -14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1465 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -504 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted
Variance No. 1465 on the 16th day of April, 1972, to permit
the establishment of a motel; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of May, 1962, the City
Council granted Variance No. 1465, subject to conditions,
by Resolution No. 62R -504; and
WHEREAS, the property subject to said Variance has
never been developed by the Variance granted thereby; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have requested
the termination of Variance No. 1465; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the need for said Variance no longer exists and that said
Variance No. 1465 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 1465 be terminated
and that Resolution No. 62R -504 be, and the same is hereby
declared to be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 15th day of January, 1974.
