RESOLUTION NO. 74R -11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE MASTER
PLAN OF DRAINAGE FOR THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division of the Department of
Public Works has prepared a Master Plan of Drainage for the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said Master Plan of Drainage contains estimates
of the costs of constructing the local drainage facilities required
by said Plan; and
WHEREAS, subdivision and development of property within
each District and area (as outlined on said Plan) will require the
construction of the facilities described in said plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Orange County
Flood Control District has, by Resolution No. F73 -65, determined
that said Master Plan of Drainage is in conformity with the general
plan of the Orange County Flood Control District; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did adopt Resolution
No. PC73 -250 which resolution does recommend the adoption of said
Master Plan of Drainage by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Master Plan of Drainage be, and the
same is hereby, adopted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of January, 1974.
