1974-009WHEREAS, in connection with relocation work
necessitated by construction on the Imperial Highway, from
0,2 mile north of Orangethorpe to Santa Ana River, the
Department of Transportation of the State of California has
submitted Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut -4059, designated
07- Ora -90 12.0/12.6; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all
City departments involved and has been found to be-satisfac-
tory in all resoects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Utilities Agreement with the State of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Anaheim, Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut--
4059, designated 07- Ora -90 12.0/12.6, from 0.2 mile north of
Orangethorpe to Santa Ana River.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
