RESOLUTION NO. 74R- 490
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BOYLE ENGINEERING
CORPORATION FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES REGARDING
DESIGN OF A ONE MILLION GALLON RESERVOIR AND
PUMPING STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates a
water distribution system; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to build and construct a
one million gallon reservoir and pumping station to serve said
system; and
WHEREAS, Boyle Engineering Corporation has submitted
a proposal to design said reservoir and pumping station under
date of August 14, 1974, as revised by letter dated August 23,
1974, signed by Daniel B. Boyle, president; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said proposal
are generally acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment by and between the City of Anaheim and Boyle Engineering
Corporation, be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement by and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this Ist day of October 1974.
