1974-488WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
AND WHEREAS, the American College of Law wishes to
lease forty (40) spaces of the real property hereinabove
described, upon terms, covenants and conditions, and for the
rental set forth in a form of lease this day submitted to the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does
that the leasing of said spaces will not
contemplated use of said property by the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that forty (40) parking spaces of the real
